Wolfstone Systems is a healthcare-focused IT partner built on reliability, security, and clear communication. We were founded in 2026 to solve a problem many practices face: slow systems, unclear guidance, and support that never seems to understand the urgency of patient care.
Founded on a decade of hands-on engineering experience across healthcare, government, and commercial environments, Wolfstone Systems was built from day one around a healthcare-first approach — HIPAA-aligned security, responsive support, and technology decisions made with clinical workflows in mind. We deliver dependable technology, strong cybersecurity, and responsive support designed specifically for clinical environments. Our mission is simple: give healthcare practices the stability and confidence they need to operate without disruption.
Who We Serve
We support small and mid-sized healthcare organizations across Massachusetts and Rhode Island, including behavioral health, dental, vision, and occupational/physical therapy practices. These environments require precision, compliance, and zero tolerance for downtime. Meet the Founder
Joshua Andrews

Small healthcare practices deserve an IT partner who understands their workflows, compliance needs, and day-to-day challenges — not a ticket queue. Joshua brings over 10 years of hands-on engineering and IT leadership experience, most recently as Director of Technical Services at RetroFit Technologies, where he oversaw IT strategy for a 15-person engineering team and managed vendor relationships, project delivery, and 24/7 client support across government, education, and commercial clients. Before that, he served as a Solutions Architect at HUB Technical Services, designing highly available infrastructure across Windows, VMware, Office 365, and HPE environments.
Joshua holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of New Hampshire, along with certifications spanning HPE server and storage architecture, Aruba networking, Microsoft cloud administration, and ITIL service management. He’s also currently completing a post-baccalaureate pre-medical certificate at Northeastern University — a natural extension of the healthcare focus that drives Wolfstone Systems.
Beyond the Office
Outside of client work, Joshua is usually knee-deep in a home renovation project, out on the trail mountain biking, or losing gracefully at board game night. He shares his home with two dogs, Teddy and Ernestine, and when he’s not fixing something around the house he’s probably planning the next trip or a weekend on horseback.
